Great service at the office level (David), including providing documentation and background information promptly when I requested it. The only negative was that the person picking up the car didn't follow directions as provided to the office, and he didn't seem to understand English when I tried to explain to him that he was arriving too early and needed to park the rig outside of the trailer park where the car was located. Overall, however, this was incredibly well done service and well worth the price. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
