Originally I use other service to deliver my car since it is cheaper (1000). The problem is, they didn't pick up the car for a long long time. I decided to change to other service that are more reliable. With safe-direct auto-transport, Tom really explained to me how things work. Since my pick up location is from Urbana, 1000 is just not enough to bait a driver to pick up the car. We increased it from 1000 to 1100, then to 1200. After 1-2 days, we got the driver and set up the whole process which only took around 1 week. Awesome service! and most importantly honesty and reliability.
