I shipped two mid-size cars from Indiana to California. Safe-Direct found a carrier that would pick up my cars within a 6-day window. I checked the reputation of the carrier company online and it was good. The driver arrived on time in the third day of the window. The cars where delivered in 8 days at my new address in good conditions. The only thing I noticed is that one of the cars was really dirty so I had to take it directly to the car wash. Other than that, the cars looked fine. The customer service given by Tim (from Safe-Direct) was great – he answered my emails and phone calls promptly.
