First, Jason my contact person at Safe-Direct Car Shipping was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Within 24 hours after contracting with Safe-Direct Car Shipping I received notice of my carrier. The transportation company was very willing to work with me on a pick-up time and actually moved up the pick up time up to accommodate my having the flu. Although the delivery was one day later then anticipated, it wasn't inconvenient as the driver was in contact with the person receiving the car in California. The car showed up in the exact same condition in which it was picked up. I would definitely use Safe-Direct Car Shipping again.
