I originally decided to try Safe-Direct to ship my car from California to Pennsylvania because the information presented on the website was direct and thorough. I was then pleased to find out their representative Tom took the same approach and provided prompt information and advice regarding my shipment. Everything came off without a hitch and my car arrived in PA without any problems or damage 7 days after pickup just as expected. Communications from Tom and the carrier were clear and timely and I would definitely work with these guys again the next time I ship my car. Thanks.
