This was my first time shipping a car. I did search using Google and started contacting companies that had the highest ratings.When I talked with Jason at Safe-Direct he was the first person to take the time to explain the entire process in detail. This was the main reason I went with Safe-Direct. He kept me in the loop and answered my questions until a carrier was interested. The car was picked up one day earlier then expected and arrived on time. The car was dirty when dropped off but that was because the transport hit bad weather most of the trip going north.
Bottom line, Jason was very helpful and I would use the company again.
FYI: if the car arrived with damage or was late I would not be writing this review in favor of Safe-Direct.
