Mixed Feelings about the service

I have to say I had mix feelings about the service. The intial call and input were really good as in they provide the information the best they can without making it a pushy sale pitch.
However there was some misunderstanding on both parts in all fairness as to when my vehicle would be pick up based on the dates discussed. Hence my part of the negative response seeped in dur to that. Learning from experience, I would recommend anyone who had specific timeframes to listed it all out in in however 2/3 weeks timeline for your availabilities for pickup. That would help save some stress and frustrations on your part so you know exactly when they can pick your car and when to anticipate the pick up dates.

Harry from Downsouth Auto did the car transport and he was really nice both before pickup, status update and drop-off. The only thing that was negative was how flithy my car arrived. It was caked with sand and grimy flith on the outside and bits of the yuckiness was also in the interior. I had to detail my car afterwards which is more cost to the car transport budget.
