This is my first time shipping a car. I just started contacting companies and Jason at Safe-Direct was the first person to take the time to explain the entire process in detail. This was the main reason I went with Safe-Direct. He kept me in the loop and answered my questions until a carrier was interested. I did have to raise my bid by $50 to obtain the carrier, but I was well aware of it because Jason informed me before I chose Safe-Direct. Appreciate the assistance Jason and Safe-Direct!
