Bad carrier choice

My experience with Safe Direct Car Shipping was good, but the carrier they found was horrible, Perez And Sons Transportation Inc. Both pick up and delivery were late, delivery guy was supposed to give me 12 hour notice but he only called me 30 minutes before delivery, I was not prepared at all. Also I called the carrier to check on the status since the delivery was late, and they did not get back to me ever, just left me in the dark wondering where my car was.
