My experience was as adverstised.....pickup times, delivery times and costs were exactly as described on the web sites. Noticed that many of the reviews had complaints about pickup/dropoff issues. I didn't experience any of those issues. Recieved calls from both Safe-Direct and from the actual trucking company to arrange and coordinate times.

The car was dirty upon arrival, but that was to be expected considering we opted for open transport.

I would definetely use this service again!!!!
