Kind of disappointed at the end

The service of safe-diret car shipping is great, however, the company actually did the shipping was not as as good. My car was added three long minor scratches (still visible after waxing) on one side, I understood it was a long drive and some scratches were possible, but the guy dropped it off kept blaming the snow on the car and it was an old car and left me only two options: pay right away if I want to keep the car or he will drive the car back to the east coast. The fact that my car is old does not mean it is ok to add new scratches. I do not want to make a big deal of it as long as the car is running properly, well, just the experience at the the very end was not good as expected.
