Pick up dates

We had a hard time securing a car carrier and the agent could not find one for the first car. We end up shipping three cars at the same time, and still had a hard time securing a pick up date. We were moving away, so it was difficult. Once a car carrier was secured and we made arrangements for the pick up after we left, things went smoother. the cars were delivered in good shape on the first day they estimated. I realized that the agent posts our request and have to wait for a carrier to take the job. The video the agent sent was helpful but we had harder time securing a carrier than the video indicated. The contact person was good, but they are an agent, not a carrier after all. It was quite stressful. I hope we don't have to do this again.

Thanks for your feedback! I'm sorry there wasn't carrier availbility on your preferred pick-up date. We do recommend having a window of availability and it's best if we are the only broker working on your behalf (multiple postings in your case did hamper our efforts). I'm glad it worked out in the end.
