My representative, Tim, was excellent. He answered all my questions, and was very available when I had more. He was also flexible and super-helpful around pricing.

The driver had some truck issues on the way to pick up, which delayed pick up time. However, he was very accommodating in finding my difficult pick up place. He was also very helpful in delivery, as I had to leave the info with my roommate due to work. Driver did have to change delivery times (not day, though), which seems understandable to me when you consider traffic, other deliveries, etc. Roommate said that all was smooth when he arrived, and that he worked around the best drop-off location since my street is very narrow.

I am glad to have the SUV here in great shape, and to have saved myself a long drive and the SUV many miles. The SUV also arrived in perfect shape, without a scratch on it. This is a great option, and I would probably only use Safe-Direct in the future, as when I was shopping around for this service others were not as professional or helpful.
