Tim at Safe-Direct was very thorough & patient with answering our questions. He explained clearly the process of how the auto transport industry works, including pricing. The cost paid to the carrier was competitive with other quotes & while Safe-Direct's fee was slightly higher than others, we chose them because of their Damage Free Guarantee Service (which we did not need in the end). The only concern we had was with the carrier. His pick up & drop off commitment times consistently changed making planning our schedule more difficult.
