I spoke with Tim from Safe Direct. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the transportation of vehicles. I was set up with a driver in about 3 days time. The price Tim originally quoted me was the pice I paid total, there were no extra charges. Tim responded to all of my e-mails and phone calls in an adequate amount of time. I even sent most of my e-mails over the weekend, and he always got back to me. I also liked that there was a follow up e-mail sent to me. Once Safe Direct had my money, they were still concerned with my overall experience. Dealing with Safe Direct was a good experience, and I would use them again in the future.
