Faster than expected

My car was picked up in California and dropped off in Massachusetts in 7 days, which was faster than expected! They gave me a window of 7-10 days so I was definitely expecting it to be towards the 9-10 day range.

Working with safe direct made it much easier to get clear honest answers. Basically they help find a driver to take your car, and that driver works for another company. What I found is that when trying to contact the other company, the answers were all over the place. Therefore, having safe direct in there trying to find out the details for you is extremely useful and necessary.

My car arrived with no damage and the driver was friendly (though didn't speak perfect English, which is why having safe direct involved was helpful).
