This was our very first time shipping a vehicle, especially shipping a large truck cross country. We used another carrier first, Auto Transport 123...lies, poor communication, actually no communication. Truck arrived in New York and wasn't even big enough to pick up the vehicle. At this point I never wanted to send a vehicle in this manner ever again!! After canceling with Auto Transport 123, we found David at Safe-Direct Car Shipping. All I can say is I wish he would have been our first carrier. The communication was top notch, if more money was needed he let me know right away and the truck arrived and delivered as promised. I would recommend to anyone and if needed would use again!!
