The broker did his best to get a carrier over the holidays. He kept me informed every step of the way. When a driver was finally assigned, he was very professional and communicated with me promptly and also kept me well informed about his arrival. There was a problem entering my neighborhood because of road restrictions but the driver was able to work out picking up the car and getting it to the truck. The car was delivered well within the estimated time. Communication was well executed with the person receiving the car in Oklahoma.
