When my husband and I decided it made sense to move our Mitsubishi Outlander back East from LA, I spent a day online looking for the best, and safest, deal. Safe Direct was the first company I contacted. Jason got back to me within the hour and I was sold!
The price was right (a huge concern for us), and Jason was very clear about the process. He followed up as we went along and answered all my questions.
The only glitch for us was that the the car was picked up early and was delivered earlier than expected so we had to make special arrangements to take delivery- shift work schedules. It wasn't exactly a hardship as we were so please to have our car here before Christmas. (Four days from Los Angeles to CT. We were impressed.
Furthermore, The driver was very nice, called me from the road and when I told him our situation with an iffy schedule, he AND his boss assured me that they would wait for several hours if necessary to allow for our needs.
We are absolutely thrilled to recommend this company. They made this potentially angst provoking experience a calm and pleasant success.
