I was in a hurry to have the vehicle picked up within a day of my request so that it could reach its destination in a week. Timeliness was the most important aspect of this event and the schedule was exactly what I required. I also required door-to-door. service The last time I had shipped a vehicle (with a different broker) I had to drop-off the vehicle at an origin site facility and pick it up at a facility at the destination site. The whole process went smoothly with Chris contacting me at appropriate times during the process. The carrier company they selected was very professional and friendly and at no time was there any question as to whether things would go smoothly. Chris was also very helpful in answering my questions, some of which were to mostly validate what I understood to be the process, but he answered them without hesitation. I would definitely use Safe-Direct the next time I need to ship a vehicle.
