Tom at Safe-Direct Car shipping initially scheduled us with DMC Logistics LLC. DMC cancelled out the next day but Tom then scheduled us with Illinois Carrier LLC. Dan at Illinois Carrier picked up on the originally scheduled date and delivered early. Tom and Dan both had positive attitudes and communicated appropriately with us before and during shipment. My wife took the delivery while I was out of town and really enjoyed the experience working with Dan Franco of Illinois Carrier. Tom followed up to make sure the delivery happened on time and everything was OK.
