It was a mixed experience. After doing research we decided to go with Chris and Safe-Direct. We liked the fact that Chris sent several mini videos that explained how the industry works and that when we called him he was always responsive. One of the other things that we liked was that Chris told us he thoroughly vetted the companies he used and always made every effort to use the most reliable carriers.
That being said, our experience on this account was not pleasant. The company's driver barely spoke English. He picked up our car on our first available window date which was November 27. In our order we stated that we could not have the car delivered until December 4, as we would not get to Florida until then. He told us he wanted to deliver the car on November 30 and then complained about not being able to.
When we got to Florida, that is when the 'Hell" started. We contacted the driver and he told us he would deliver the car Tuesday afternoon. He did not show up or call. We then went through several other calls which led to a promise of delivery, but no car. We finally got the car on Friday December 7, when the driver's brother agreed to deliver it.

I must say that during this time period I called Chris several times and he was always quite responsive in ou behalf. However, what I cant believe is that he seriously vetted this company. The transport company was a joke- a real Looney Tunes operation and I believe that part of the fee we paid to Chris and and Safe Direct should have gotten us a more professional transport company.
