Overall the experience with Safe-Direct Car Shipping and the carrier was good. The car was picked up within the timeline given to me and delivered on time. The car was in good shape (although there was a very small dent that I didn't notice till later). One thing I want to call out is that when I called Safe-Direct's direct customer service phone number, often there was no one to answer the phone so I had to try multiple times at different hours to get hold of somebody, which was annoying. But overall I would use them again.
