I have shipped a number of cars to/from SoCal over the past 5 years. My experience with SafeDirect was positive, but not the best company i've dealt with over the years. I would consider using them again. However I was not that pleased with the carrier that delivered my vehicle. I would not use them again. They did not communicate with me during the transit. I felt like I had to hunt them down to find out where my car was and when I should expect it. This has not been the case with other carriers. David with Safe Direct was both helpful and honest. Do not expect to reach him on Sundays though. Which was a slight disappointment because trucking is 24/7.
