Relocating to Sacramento from LA, needed to have two vehicles shipped to Sacramento. This is my second time having to use a car transport, so I new about the window times and delivery. Tom was great, very knowledgeable, and kept contact regularly by phone or em ( within two weeks five communications by Tom to me). Tom called and em-ed me two days before my available pick up with all the details and contact numbers for the transporter and told me to call him anytime with Q's ( I did twice and he always answered). Communication with your movers is the key to reduce your stress of relocating and this company did just that. I would use them again.
