The carrier was able to accomodate my tight window in in picking up and transporting a car from California to Washington, DC. The driver was courteous. Plus, since the car is a convertble, the drivers were careful to place the car on the upper deck to minimize any damage to the ragtop (e.g. oil spilling from other cars). I was overall pleased by this service.
