We avoided shipping our car for quite some time, fearing both the cost and a complicated process. Safe-direct simplified the process greatly, and cost was reasonable. Customer service was excellent. Broker payment was not made until the carrier was assigned, and the balance was paid upon receipt of the vehicle, which made a lot of sense. If you decide to ship, this is a good option.
