I contacted Safe-Direct (among others) for a quote to transport my Mom's car from Los Angeles, CA to Phoenix, AZ. We eventually found a way to move it ourselves. However, I want to commend them for their excellent customer service. Tom took his time on several phone calls with me to explain how the process works and what would most likely happen on my order. He never rushed to get off the phone with me and was patient when I probably asked some dumb questions.

If I DO ever have to transport a car, I will definitely be contacting them again. Thank you!
