It was great working with David. It took a bit longer to find a carrier to ship our Dodge 1500 van from LA to Boston in the price range we were looking for, but David worked with us to accommodate our needs. I have read a number of reviews prior to contacting them and I have to say I was not disappointed. The process was very straight forward and quite painless, even though we had a friend take care of the pick of the car for us. We were very happy that both the pick up and drop off was on time, though we understood with the nature of this transport could be sometimes difficult to meet those dates. Carrier came by in the afternoon, had our friend review the bill of lading and about a week later received our car in Boston. We had opted for the open carrier transport and had no issues with any damages to the vehicle. The car arrived in good condition. The price of the transport was competitive against the other companies we were looking to work with. I will definitely use their service again in the future.
