Had never shipped a car before so relied heavily on Safe-Direct Car Shipping. Excellent service! Chris kept in touch and talked us through the whole process. The transport service they hooked us up with was also great. Needed the car up until 2 days before the move and they accommodated us. The driver called the day before with a pick-up guesstimate and again a couple of hours before actual pick-up. Same on the delivery. No surprises or schedule changes. This couldn't have been a better experience and we'd definitely use them again!
