Excellent service - Honda CIVIC 2012 Shipped

I had to ship my 5 month old Honda CIVIC from Burbank (CA) to Orlando (FL). I was a bit confused because it was a new car. I was shopping around and happened to talk to Tom when I called Safe Direct. Tom was very courteous, helpful, patient and assuring. He answered all queries that I had. I had very little time (1 day). He immediately started looking for carriers and put me on to one for my car to be picked up the next day (14th Oct 2012) that was less that 24 hours. He actually did not worry about me paying an initial deposit and started off with his process. He gave me all information with contact numbers. The carrier personnel were also very patient with all the queries that I had and were very courteous and helpful. The truck was prompt in picking up the car the next day. They had given the time line as 7-10 days. On the 8 th day the truck driver called to tell that he would be delivering it the next day evening. But again in the morning he called and said he is delayed and that he would deliver it the next day by noon. He was there on time. The one day delay doesnt matter. He informed me much in advance and the vehicle was in perfect condition.
I am glad I went with these guys.
Tom was very helpful. He emailed me in between to enquire if the car was in as-is condition.

I will definitely go with Safe Direct next time I transport my car and will recomend it to all my friends.
