The service was great! Tom was very informative and helped ease my concerns. We shipped the car to my son on a military base in South Carolina and were concerned about the delivery of the car. We were told he would have 24 hours notice to arrange a pick up, but he only got a few hours. Unfortunately, the driver had to wait to deliver (but wasn't too upset after a nice tip). Otherwise, it went flawlessly due to excellent communication throughout. This was a very positive experience. I do not say that lightly as Customer Service is my field and I have high expectations. I would recommend this company based on our experience.
