I was contacted directly by the pick up carrier to arrange a time and place for the pick up. This was altered a few times but I never felt pressured to arrange the time/place of P/U. The original driver told me the car would be delivered in 7-10 days. It was delivered on the tenth day. Upon pick up the P/U crew took several pictures of my car to verify it's original condition. I did the same. There was no damage upon the ultimate delivery.
Chris at Safe-Direct worked with me over several weeks to arrange the transport.
I put a few boxes in the back of the vehicle and there were no questions or concerns by the pick up crew or the delivery crew.
I would use the service again
