I had a great experience with Safe-Direct. I worked with Tom, who was very helpful, and honest about how everything worked. There was never a moment when I felt confused or worried about my car. He was clear with me from the beginning about what the price would be and how the delivery would work. On the receiving end, there was a tad bit of back and forth with the driver to work out which day he would here, and when I could be available. But it wasn't anything crazy, and it worked out perfectly at the time of delivery. My car was slightly dirty (to be expected), but safe and undamaged, I would recommend Safe-Direct for their fast service and friendliness, and eagerness to get the job done.
