Communications Was Poor

For several days I left messages for the driver with no return call. I call the person who was in charge and she said she was having a problem getting a call back as well.
Very poor communication and the person who picked up my car and the one who delivered it spoke very poor English.
It was very disconcerting to not know where my car was for 3 days.
