Customer service at Safe-Direct Car Shipping (Jason) was very professional and easy to work with. The price stayed honestly as the original quote. There was no hidden cost nor extra charge upon arrival that kind of unpleasant experience. Jason had been very helpful throughout the process with helpful emails and video, which eased a lot of my worries because I have never ship a car before.

The carrier (Star Express Inc) was extremely reliable and honest. There were excellent communications for pick up and deliver time. The driver arrived on time in both occasions. The car was delivered within 5 days from Las Vegas to Boston in its original condition.

Based on my experience, I'd recommend Safe-Direct Car Shipping and Star Express Inc.
