Moving my vehicle was a difficult process. It took 15 days from my fist available date till the vehicle was picked up, the first shipper's truck broke down in route to picking up my vehicle, and the shipping rate was slightly higher than I expected. However the customer service that I received from Jason at Safe-Direct Car Shipping was great. He kept me informed every step of the way and even called me on a Sunday when my first shipper failed to show up. Without their customer service I would never think of having a vehicle shipped again. Now I will be using Safe-Direct Car Shipping for my future vehicle shipping needs.
