I had a very positive experience with Safe-Direct. After requesting a quote I was contacted by Tom through email within 24 hours. He provided me a "best-quote" and left his phone number so I could follow up with him.

About 5 days before my departure date, Tom found me a carrier. Unfortunately, my plans changed and I had to contact him and cancel. Instead of meeting my cancellation with frustration, he was extremely accommodating and found me another carrier that met my needs and time-frame.

When I received the car, Tom followed up with me, making sure that it had arrived and in good condition (which it had). I appreciated the personal touch and sense of care involved and was surprised that a car-transport company did so much to satisfy its customers.

Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend using this company again.
