There are several things that make me really upset about their service.

Firstly, they didn't set the pick-up schedule strictly. My friend has been waiting for a whole morning for them to pick-up, however, they got late and my friend suffered a lot from the change in schedule.

Secondly, they didn't give me any heads up when they are going to arrive. I was busy with my work in hand, then they just called my and showed up all of a sudden, and claimed that they wouldn't wait for me to finish my work, therefore I got my whole day schedule screwed.

Thirdly, they raised the price without any sense of protocol. I got several items in my trunk, they saw that and asked my to pay for $50 more, but the contract doesn't mention a work about the raise in fees.

They are bad in attitudes, I got very, very disappointed! However, I would probably choose to use it again because Safe-Direct Car Shipping company does a pretty great job in terms of arrangements and speed of response. The drivers were really touching my bottom-line.
