Jason was helpful and answered the questions I had. Even though there are original pickup and delivery dates given by the broker, they may change by a day or two depending on what they carrier (driver) says. The driver I had spoke broken English, so it was sometimes hard to understand what he was saying. In the drop-off and pick-up process, I was very happy I didn't have to go far to meet the driver; however, this was not communicated until the last minute which made me uneasy in case I needed to get transportation. Overall, I had a good experience and my car got from point A to point B with it just being dirty.
