I had never shipped a car before and was quite apprehensive. Chris at Safe Direct Car Shipping was extremely informative and patient with me throughout the process. He explained the entire process in detail to ensure I had complete understanding. PK Line picked up the car in a timely manner. Marty from PK Line was extremely nice and treated my car with care...as if it were his own car. The car was delivered to my son in Virginia on the day promised. It looked as if it had been washed. The car was in excellent condition. Chris from Safe Direct Car Shipping even called to check that everything went smoothly. I am extremely pleased with Safe Direct Car Shipping - I received high quality, personalized service that made me feel valued as a customer. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend to others. Chris was the BEST! Thank you Safe Direct for making this an awesome experience for me.
