David at Safe-Direct Car Shipping was cordial in all of our correspondence and telephone discussions. He returned calls promptly and answered any questions I had. I would, without question, use Safe-Direct Car Shipping again.

If you have never shipped a car before you need to be aware that the people who set up the car to be shipped are 3rd party to the people who actually pick up and transport the car. So....you can get GREAT customer service from Safe-Direct Car Shipping (which I did) and only so-so customer service from the people that actually have your car.

The people who transported my car were nice enough but I'm really glad I was not under the gun to have the car here or I would have been a nervous wreck since once the car was picked up it was nearly impossible to get a date on when it woluld arrive. The biggest favor you can do yourself and the transport company and Safe-Direct Car Shipping is to plan ahead and give yourself a few days of "fudge factor" on both the pick up and delivery days.

I would use David and Safe-Direct Car Shipping again but I hope I don't have to for a long time.
