Great first time car moving experience.

I have recently moved from NJ to CA and since this was my first big move, I had no idea as to how the car trasportation agencies work. Based on the reviews, I decided to use Safe-Direct to transport my car and they made it a very convinient and a pleasant experience.

Tom was very prompt in responding to the phone calls and emails giving upto date info on the availability and timings. Safe-Direct deserves extra point for getting the order set-up in a short notice. I called Tom on a Wenesday evening and he was able to set up a pickup by Friday! Th transportation agency and the driver had contacted me in well in advance advance on the day of the pick-up which gave me enough time to prepare. I took the car to the nearest convinient location, which was a 15 miute walk from my home and after that I saw my car safe and sound in CA.

I was given an estimated delivery date of the next thursday and I received it at 7am on the Thursday morning, very close to where I was staying in CA. The car was in the same condition as it was when I handed it to the truck driver. Tom, called me after i picked up to confirm the delivery and if everything was ok with the car. I will definitely recommend Safe-Direct for their promptness, sticking with the estimated time and keeping the customer informed.
