Everything the contact person, Chris, told me about the transport was accurate. Rather than have my car picked up, I delivered it to the carrier's location a couple of miles from where I live because it was more convenient for me to do that than to wait around for them to come pick it up. All went exactly as explained to me. The car arrived in Nashville, TN on a Monday evening, which was a bit earlier than the Tuesday delivery that we expected. The front tires were low on air upon arrival but it was not a big problem.
