I'm not normally one to write reviews on products/services but I have to say that Safe-Direct made shipping my car cross country as painless and easy as possible. Basically the long and the short of it is this: I called Tom at Safedirect on a Saturday, spoke to him about the earliest pick-up date which was that following Monday and he quoted me 7-10 days delivery from pickup in NJ to final delivery in CA. My car was picked-up on that Wednesday and by the following Sunday I was already driving it. They were unbelievably fast and professional and I was shocked at how little paperwork/back and fourth phone calls were needed to get the ball rolling. Ordering my eye contacts online is more difficult than this. The only critique I have is that the actual shipping company that transported my vehicle did have several back and fourth phone calls on the actual pickup date and I did have to drive a bit out of my ways to meet him and pick up my car. Other than that I have no complaints!
