I received the car without any damage and substantial delay. The car was picked up one day late and delivered one day late. The career is fully responsible for it not safe direct. I did a lot of research and finally selected SafeDirect over A2B because of impressive ads in youtube and double insurance coverage. Jason was able to tweak on the quote and get me a career within a day.

Customer Service is what I felt not very convincing. It was very hard to reach Jason after payment is made. He was knowledgeable and honest but I never got the confidence in their customer service. They could do better. Also, their brokerage fee is very expensive. But, we can attribute that to their double insurance coverage.
