The carrier assigned to me was Denys Trans Service. Pick-up was on time but the delivery date was initially a roughly estimated date. After waiting until the estimated delivery date, I had to call the carrier because I didn't get a call from them. Then, I got a reply with a date. The carrier came late at night on the date they confirmed. For trans-continent transportation, one week was understandable and the service was very good.
