It was a VERY hard decision to pick a carrier since it was my first time and didn't know what to expect. David at Safe-Car direct wasn't "pushy" like a TON of other brokers I called. I felt like he gave me adequate space to make my decision without the "we have a truck in your area RIGHT NOW" BS. But David, its hard to understand what you're saying thru your earpiece.

HOWEVER, the best part of my experience isn't with the broker but is actually with the driver. Dimitri from GSI carriers pick up my car. Although he was 1hr late, I didn't mind because I know how traffic is in the Bay Area. He was very knowledgeable and told me about anything and everything I should expect during the trip. He was loaded and gone within 30min. and thats AFTER shuffling a bunch of cars around for weight distribution.

I am 98% satisfied with Davids company. I will be 100% once I see the $30 credit posted to my account. Thanks again David, Dimitri and whoever else is lurking in the background to make this a painless experience.
