I had never sent a car before. This company was recommended by a friend who has sent several cars cross country. I initially didn't understand that the company is a broker and not the company actually transporting the vehicle. Thus, the company's responsibility is different than if they actually delivery the car as well. However, I found Tom very helpful throughout the process, in particular with the carrier after the car had been delivered. I had some concerns about the car after it was delivered. Tom contacted the carrier and made sure the carrier corrected the problem and responded to my concerns. I believe that would not have happened without his attention.

In the future, I would make sure the mileage on the vehicle is documented with the carrier. Additionally, while I documented the exterior of the car, I did not document the interior of the car. In the future, I would recommend doing both of these things with the carrier at the time the car is delivered to the carrier.
