all of my dealings with safe-direct were great. my contact person was very friendly and very knowledgeable. the carrier picked up my car early wednesday morning. i had to drive out to a busy road for the pickup because the driver didn't want to bring the semi truck into my neighborhood. he said it would take 7-10 days to get my car to NY. he said to give him a call next wednesday and that it would be there friday at the latest. it was here saturday, but i again had to drive to him in a big parking lot to get my car.
